Electrical Installation Condition Reports, more commonly known as "Electrical Safety Certificates" or "Landlord Certificates", are for when you want to check an existing installation to make sure it's safe.

Have you had work done by someone who isn't a qualified electrician? Possibly a builder? or was it a spot of DIY? We can inspect and certify other peoples work and supply you with the appropriate paperwork.

Most commonly requested prior to the purchase of a property, a Visual Inspection can be carried out to make sure there is no immediate danger to you and your family.

Portable Appliance Testing is the inspection of items that you plug into a socket. Commonly carried out in offices, care homes and holiday lets.

If you are concerned by the condition of your installation whether it be due to flooding or you have purchased somewhere in disrepair, we can inspect your electrics and if necessary issue a Danger Notice.

These tests are done to make sure the earth at your property is suitable for use and that the bonding for your water, gas and other supplies are of a good condition.
